TAHA HINENGARO

This morning Nina showed us a way you could clear your mind. she used meditation. A soundtrack that played sounds of nature was in the background while Nina focused on clearing her mind.

Here's 5 ways you could clear your mind:

1. Praying to Jesus when you are having a bad day
2. Singing in a quite area
3. Going to sleep to rest your mind
4. lying down on bed and looking at the sealing, frames or windows
5. listening to a relaxing song

Why is it important to clear our mind?

because its important to reset our minds regularly. To be able to see and walk through things with a good mind.

TE WHARE TAPA WHA ( TAHA TINANA)

For today's task we are going to do the Taha Tinana Challenge, and for this challenge we had to see how many Push ups we can do in 1 Minuet. But we changed it a bit and instead of doing push ups we did 42 Jumping Jacks in 1 minuet. So if you actually go to the last slide you will see a video of me and my friend doing 42 Jumping Jacks and 2 push ups. It was really tiring but also fun at the same time.
Hope you enjoy watching the video and I will see you in the next Challenge. Bye!

Taha Wairua- Spiritual wellbeing

Today for our study on Te Wahre Tapa Wha  we are looking at Taha Wairua. This is to do with our Spiritual wellbeing. There are many ways people show Taha Wairua. we talked about this and came up with the list:
-people pray in Public and in Private
- some people dress a certain way to show their Spiritual well being - what they believe in
- Read and live by a certain set of guidelines: Bible, Qua ran, etc
- Sign or Symbols made with their hands, in jewellery, clothing etc
what other ways can you think of?

Today our activity was to create a card to bless another person from our bubble, to make their spirit their Taha Wairua Stronger.

Here is a card that I had created for my sister Emma, to make her feel blessed about Spiritual well being.
